YOU ARE VERY NEW TO THIS WORLD AND WON'T BE IN IT VERY LONG, BECAUSE YOU ARE CLUELESS!!!

FIRST OFF BOTH DOGS YOU GOT FROM ME ARE AMAZING WELL BRED DOGS, AND I AM SOOOO SORRY YOU NOW HAVE THEM! YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THEM WHICH IS WHY YOU DON'T HAVE PAPERS  FOR THEM!!!! GET A CLUE. THEN YOU SELL ONE OF THEM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, WHEN THE DOG WAS NEVER YOURS TO BEGIN WITH! IT WAS TRIAL, AND IF IT DIDN'T WORK OUT SHE WAS TO BE RETURNED TO ME!

Well I guess we all know now who the key parties are and the other side of the story.....if this is in fact the way it went down by what the breeder states then I agree with the breeder for withholding papers.  I'm just puzzled that so many folks will send a dog before receiving payment in full???

In my considerable experience, situations like this one develop when people see money coming to them and do not fully think the situation through or look into the situation of the buyer. Breeders who are doing business in the way you have done it get what they deserve- a mess.

I believe many people here have probably been contacted by Alana and I know for one, I would NEVER agree to sell her a dog, let alone let her take a dog without a contract and payment. Foolish business practices end up with this kind of situation. Thinking of a co-ownership with someone who might not have any sense seems like a disaster waiting to happen. And now you and one other are caught in the middle with few options except to get some legal assistance.

I do hope you will learn from this experience. This is exactly the type of situation that no one can really help with. You all will have to duke it out to resolve it.

AMEN to that, and trust me...I will NEVER do that agin, trying to help out someone wanting in the dog dealings with no money. Lesson learned!, and BURNED!!

I DID learn a very valuble lesson, and WON"T make that mistake again at the sake of my pups forever homes!!

It is just really morally wrong for anybody to be that scandaless, and screw over several people at one time. I thought she was a sincere individual, Live and learn, It's really sad people like that teach us NOT to trust anyone anymore!
