"The person who bought Rocky doesn't sound knowledgable enough to own a GSD or have time to train a young dog, with all that is going on in her life." Sounds like the case to me.

I agree with Harddawg. Try a rabbit for a pet with a lifestyle like that or fish! And this person things a puppy will be better? GSD's take a load of time and energy and -commitment-. Poor Rocky...Poor puppy.

You all are funny. :) It's sad how you all mix issues up - no wonder! * The lady wanted a dog for personal protection. What's wrong with that? How many people looking for a dog to protect them know that a sport dog requires a much higher level of commitment? I sure didn't. If she wants a dog that bites on command, and pays the money, she should be sold that...and be informed of its limitations and needs. A lot of us get into the sport for that reason - and being called out as ignorant versus helping and educating as a community certainly doesn't help anyone...including breeders who would like to sell more dogs (note: this is her SECOND dog purchased through the party). * The lady wanted a dog that was housebroken. The dog showed up 7 months late, not housebroken. Laura frequently overextended on commitments - as a former personal friend and customer, I know this. She didn't have time to care for 19 kennels plus additional dogs and more. If Dawn needs to help get her dog housebroken, help direct the lady to a thread, rather than illustrate her ignorance and suggest a fish or a rabbit, people. No wonder people leave the website!

* Taunya has been in Korea. Taunya has been at World's. There are holidays. Taunya trusted Laura to return a call or three. Laura didn't, and the customer was left hanging after an unpleasant experience. Returning a phone call isn't hard, and if the customer finds out that someone's plate is full, I'm sure they'd be reasonable. I'm sure Dawn would be reasonable. * It sounds that Dawn is trying to find the dog a home. It's easier to find the dog a home with papers. Looks like what she needs is help on getting papers. Eurosport being in Slovakia could probably help, or Laura and Randy can release them for money if it's owed. A fish or a rabbit won't help the situation. Papers will. * If Dawn wants a puppy in return, it's her choice! A person can't have a pet / puppy AND wish to have a personal protection dog? I don't think she stated anywhere she was going to raise a Personal Protection dog. She states the dog is miserable because he's too much for her and wants to place him. Sounds reasonable to me.

* Laura Zoeller (Krpan) has defrauded multiple people of money in the past, and her record on Money Laundering and Tax evasion is a public matter. She did it to us on at least 3 occasions, documented and in writing. She did so using Eurosport's name, apparently unbeknowst to them at the time. Wire fraud multiple times, mail fraud multiple times is special to a prosecutor's heart. * Sending money back to the customer may or may not be what Taunya and Josef want to do - Laura misrepresented the dog apparently, or failed to follow up with the customer. She's done that on multiple occasions - search for threads that hopefully are not deleted. Some of ours regrettably have been, and situations like this are exactly the reason they shouldn't be. It sucks, and it gets murky on a variety of fronts. It has to be an untenable and horrible situation for Eurosport, as Taunya seems to have had an infinite amount of faith on Laura on multiple occasions, only to be disappointed time and again. We have chosen to defer legal action for now, but reserve the right. It sounds like Taunya and Josef are doing everything she can to make the situation right. I'm sure Taunya and Dawn will sort it out appropriately.

to behonest tanuya told me to talk to laura she is not in it but as i have said before the money was placed into eurosportk9 account thats why they are being put into this mess. i am the one getting the dog i hope.my thoughts are they screwed her for that money giving her a messed dog that she cant handle so i have agreed to take him for inchange of a pup. all we are asking is for laura to give papers to me or dawn due to the fact of taking 7 months to ship a dog she had for that long. if i was dawn i would ask for all my money back and send the dog back .due to the lies everyone is talking about taunya told me she spoke to laura then in the email she said she didnt get ahold of her so i am kinda confused on whos not to blame now.

That is a great question and one that I would have asked also. The issue that I have is that I paid for a trained dog and he is not what I got. I have always owned shepherds and have never had this kind of issue. I have also house broke many a pup with ease. Shepherds are smart, learn quickly and most want to please. Yes, I am busy but, I do take time for the important things that matter. Firstly, my children, secondly my animals, which are a part of the family. The issue really is more than house breaking and manners. The fact is that I did not get what I paid for. In hind sight, I should have never purchased an animal without a solid contract. I have learned a great deal from this whole ordeal. First, always demand a contract. Second, one does not always get what one pays for. Lastly, there are a lot of really kind people that I have met through this whole ordeal. My goal is not to bad mouth or ruin VonZoller or Eurosport. I know the mistakes that I have made and have learned from them. However, I will caution others and warn them of my experiences as to save someone else the hardship that I and others have experienced.

I'm sorry but I have certainly read these posts as an attempt to badmouth both Eurosport and VonZoller.
