I do not know anything about the above mentioned situation. But I will say this I have purchased 2 dogs from Eurosport K9. I have had no problems with the dogs or Eurosport K9 I have found them to be very honest and fair and I will not hesitate to purchase another dog from them.

So now that Eurosport is answering questions, I have two because I have given thought to buying from you. Number 1: What is your hip replacement guarantee? Number 2: Who do I deal with when and if I buy a dog from you? Is it you or one of your brokers here in the USA? I am really confused.

Interesting how lwardlow has gone from creating a half dozen threads on this because of a problem of "my friend" to finally admitting that it is HE who is now trying to buy this dog. Finally, that much truth comes out. So, why the subterfuge for days? Don't wory-I don't really expect an answer. :-)

I did not buy Rocky from Laura. I bought Rocky from Taunya. I have the wire transfer of money that was sent to Eurosport to prove what I have said. I also have e-mails about the money that was sent to Taunya from Taunya herself. The money regarding the shipping also has nothing to do with Taunya nor why it took 7 months for the dog to be shipped from Laura in Illinois. Laura gave me reason upon reason as to the delay. She told me that she was sick and then that her father in law was sick. Really if the issue was shipping over money, why did Laura then ship me the dog before she received the money for the shipping from Texas to Nevada? Also, Taunya is now saying that I knew that Rocky was missing teeth. I will restate again that I did not know that. I would never have paid such a high price for a defective animal. I made a mistake by not demanding a contract and that is on me. However, I will not allow the blame to be passed to Laura solely. Taunya is also saying that getting the papers is out of her hands and has nothing to do with her. Both Laura and Taunya are liars and attempting to cover each others butt. Taunya also told me that Laura is in jail. I am very curious to know what the charges against her are. Perhaps fraud? I wonder if Laura is taking some of the fall for Taunya? Therefore, the situation is not out of Taunya's hands she is attempting to pass the problem on and not resolve it. Laura was aslo employed by her and unfortunately, as most business owners are aware, employees are the business owners liability.

This seems to be the same "Rocky" that is owned by a person named Dawn from Nevada and is advertised for sale on another board by Dawn's friend thusly:
"This is not my dog. It is a dog that was purchased by a new aquaintance who has sought my help. This dog is gorgeous, large and way too much dog for the owner who is a young lady, recently divorced with 2 young children, working and going to school too, and has absolutely no time or know-how to train this dog.
This was just a very bad match for her and she is very anxious to have the dog gone.
The dog can be seen on the EurosportK9 website, under "sold" dogs, Rocky.
Please IM me for more information.
Thank you."

I have been following this saga for several days but have opted to stay out of it until now. I personally had bad dealings with Laura at Von Zoeller as well and do think that everything that has been stated about her is most likely correct. To make a long story short, I purchased a Czech import puppy from Von Zoeller who I absolutely adored and then had to put down 6 weeks later. Laura promised me pick puppy from an upcoming litter, after several months and many emails I finally received my replacement puppy. I gave the new pup about 7 months to come around but it was no use...he was a WONDERFUL puppy w/ a great temperment but was 100% pet quality. During the times that I could not get a hold of Laura (while at the vet making the decision to put my original boy down) I was able to speak with Taunya during that very hard time, and she also stepped forward and purchased the replacement puppy back from me when he did not work out. Laura is the bad guy here, not Taunya as far as I'm concerned. She was nothing but helpful when I needed assistance.
During my mis-dealings with Laura when she would fail to contact me until I got fed up, I was told at one point that her husband was fighting Rocky Mountain Fever, that she had fallen down a staircase and busted all her teeth out and several other misc. catastrophes that I can't think of anymore. Also, the replacement puppy that was purchased back from me was sold again by Laura as a working dog. The new owner contacted me after finding my number on vet records. he had been told by Laura that I was dying of cancer and that is why I gave the pup up...I know he sent this pup back to her and was threatening suit but don't know whatever happened w/ that.

For all you doubters, please re-read the first post above, and then go to the most current thread, and decide for yourself. How does this.....
"They need to contact Laura. i gave her the papers when she bought him.
Taunya".......
make ya wonder?
Birdy, no offense, but this appears to be the only way Dawn could get some resolve to a bad situation.
tbm1874, thank you for your supportive information.
