I sense sarcasm. In my home country honesty is always given unless it is your landlord or wives.

Why are you looking for a female comapanion? Why not just a companion? With these type of physical difficulties it may be difficult for you to exercise a GSD. Perhaps you should get an indoor type dog that is designed to lay around inside the house. At home would be the only time the two would be able to really hang out together anyway, it's sounds like. I'm a little confused, you said you "dad" a nineteen month old male and that he "is" you support dog. Are you saying you have a dog or need to replace a dog? My first thought is that you might want a lower quality showline without a lot of energy or drive. But, there tend to be a lot of dog aggressiveness in showlines so you'd have to be careful of that. Maybe even go with an American Showline since German Showlines have been bred to excell in both structure and sport/work. Since you chose and trained this first dog yourself, I'd suggest you go to that breeder for another. I shouldn't matter if the lines are the same since you don't want to breed them anyway, right? DeKal, I'm sure she didn't think you were DoFus. You seem quite knowledgeable about GSDs. No, this post has the smell of a Serpico wannabe. Perhaps it is, perhaps not. You certainly don't seem like you would be confused with him.

I'm wondering how many people have PM'd this person already? DeKal, in my home country, honesty will get you beaten in the street:)

I don't understand what is happening here. I just came to this sight because I was looking at a pedigree link http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/48673.html. I liked what I saw and decided to try looking at some other dogs, but if is the reception someone who is trying to find a dog here maybe I should try and find one else where. In answer to allaboutthedawgs: Sorry I meant I have a 19 month old GSD. I know my dog doesn't need a companion, but I would like another dog. I love dogs and the reason I wanted a female is because since my dog is a male and I thought he would get along better with a female. My dog is not dog aggressive, but I wouldn't want any problems. I guess I could go to the breeder, just thought I would ask here.
