I'm wondering if the 2 fellas would have continued to get along just fine together if I would have never brought a bitch into the mix?
This may sound like a crazy question but I wonder if the whole reason Agar excepted the pup and let him get away with so much early on was because he did not see the pup as a threat but more of a nuisance and that he knew he could hurt him so he just kinda humored him and let him get over on a lot of stuff? Do you think adult dogs sense the vulnerability of a young dog and tend to be more passive than aggressive until the young dog has matured and can stand their own?
