Feeding a diet which includes raw, meaty bones (such as pork or turkey necks) should provide enough pressure from within the rectum to keep those anal glands emptied. Should also help with the pano.

AYE' its kind o difficult for me t' talk about due t' t' fact me wants t' look good for Shelley but t' facts be t' facts. Arrrr ever since me mate had me eat several wheel o cheeses t' stop me squirts, thin's just haven't been t' same. Arrrrrrrrrrrr now everytime me tries t' go me strains so hard me nose bleeds Aye! me be bound up tighter than a reef knot and me strainin' as me types arrrrrrr  been noticin some type o' slime green type discharge in me drawers lately. feels so messy and slippery by me sphincter..Arrrrrr I hate t' ask everyone, but since we all be family here do ye all think I might have infected anal glands? arrrrrr
