thank you all. As we review application for grants for 2008 I will keep you informed as to where your donations have gone and will psot pics on the foundation web site. In 2007 the foundation administered 2 $500 grants to handlers who retired their 911 dogs.Onw replacement dog was a rotti pup who will train for cadaver the other a German Coolie (yes that is correct, if you are not sure what they are check out the links on the foundation web site.) the coolie is getting ready to screen as a live find urban disaster dog wirth NJ-Task Force 1. By the way, the money does not go to the handler, it goes to the breeder or shelter where the dog originates. (with all the proper paper work of course)
