dark grey..really? but he has no grey at all.? hmm..i would have never thought he would be considered grey.....is the grey on a GSD an actual grey color, or is that just what its called...? i thought that grey was considered a washed out color and most people, if nothing else, comment on his pigment...now im really confused..lol

Your boy will be alot darker than her, but not a black sable.  Agar's post on the color thread show's her dog which is a black sable.  Couldn't find good pic of her face without the other two sorry!

Correct me if I'm wrong on him guys please.  :)

Sable is called grey in Germany.  at least that's what all of our German friends have told us.

I just don't know.  LOL  Well we know that he's a sable for sure.  And right now I'm leaning more toward a Black Sable, but then again maybe not!

ohh yea rezkat---personally i really like the grey or light gery, and silver...reminds me of a timber wolf....actually isn't that what they use when they mix GSD'S when filming a pack of wolves? i don't mean mixin by breeding, i mean like putting them in a group with actual trained wolves to make the pack look bigger....i think i saw that before on one of those behind the scenes thingy's, that most "wolves" you see in movies are actually GSD's
