I take mine to the creek, we also have a small pond on some property we own about 30 miles from our house. They love to go there! I have a small kiddie pool in the yard and wish I had gotten the bigger version. But it will do for this year.... I occasionally spray them with the hose, my male especially hates that, but my old girl goes balistic over getting the water coming out of the hose. My pup is so so on it.

LOL animules. GARD's puppy looks just like that but she splashes on purpose to bite the water.

my dogs would love that.  they enjoy their kiddie pool and hose fighting. 

and when we can going swimming for real.

my male just discovered that it's fun to hose fight.  only took him 5 1/2 years!

2 words: Super Soaker.  2 of my 3 girls have EXTREME water drive.  Its better than a ball or a treat.  :-)

Don, is THAT the hot tub you were inviting women into?

We have a salt water pool and I let the dogs swim with us when my husband isn't around. He thinks the hair in the water is gross. So I just tell him it must have blown in there when I was brushing them out.

allaboutthedawgs---the things we tell em huh..lol...once i had a puppy that peed in the bed while we were sleeping (on myside) and i told my hubby I peed in the bed so he would'nt get mad at the puppy and put him out...lol..

but the water thing, totally opposite of your hubby, one day i was moaning (just a little) about having to give all the kids and the pups a bath...he told me to throw them in the bath with the kids! i told him that was gross..lol..i think he was kiddin tho...i hope he was
