4 pack, I thought of you today as I was checking out construction workers driving through Brooklyn!

Not a good place to be checking out though since it's hard enough not to crash into people going through there.

I actually saw someone working on his laptop!

I prefer the males.  I like the masculinity.  I also don't want to have to deal with heat cycles.  I had a good thing going until my husband gets a female Mali pup.  Great.  Just great.  In a few months she'll hit her first heat cycle and my boy will hit the wall trying to get to her.  Oy!

Dogs, I would take on a mule headed dog over a well mannered bitch any day. I work better with dogs, more drive and willingness to please. They think of me as the pack leader and are much more cooperative, bitches tend to disregard respect of any sort and dont have that willingness to please. But, that probably is because I was raised around dogs and bitches being just that, bitches. Never favoured them and to be honest, wouldnt want to work with them often unless I was associated with them as they were pups and they realized I did have a high place in their pack. But, just from my past experience and preference with both sexes.

I hear ya on the heat cycles!

Getting to be that time around here again too.  OH JOY!  Lucky for us there are really only 3 days where he's completely out of his mind, the others it's just a matter of keeping them separate.

I always thought I liked spayed females best.  But then I got this male puppy I raised.  I have never had so much fun in my life.  Two of his kids are coming home to me in August , a male and a female and it will be interesting which I will find will push my buttons.  I hope it is the female because that is what will work well in my pack.  The males however, just turn me inside out. . .

Like both but have had more females than males over the years. Don't really care as long as it's a good hard one.  I plan to get a male next though just for a change of pace...

I've always had male dogs.  I like the more masculine look also and yes the heat cycles aren't something I wanted to deal with but I also felt that the males bond better with the lady of the house.

I started off years ago with a female because i the time I felt a female would do better with small kids around. The one male I did have though bonded very strongly with not only myself but with my child.
