There is a 90% chance that they will not drop anymore. As a breeder, I would never ever sell a male puppy without being sure that the testicles descended. It is just not fair to the buyer. For me, a male puppy without the testicles descended at 10 weeks of age is a pet quality puppy and I reduce the price accordingly. I tell the new owner about this and explain that the puppy will be on limited registration.
Sometimes, inexperienced people can not feel them because the dog is tense and tucks them up. The best way to feel for them is to have the dog stand normally and relaxed, just like you see in a show. Any other position is not a good one to feel for the "family jewels".

The pup is my own breeding. He is the only one who survived from the litter of 7 pups. I am not losing hope yet for the balls to come down. I believe it is too early to stop hoping.

I agree with AKVeronica & Blitzen.........don't rush out to neuter him.
The latest I have seen a puppy testicle drop is 4 months. I had a puppy sold at 8 weeks,..no testicles.....10 weeks...BOTH testicles.
Lucky buyers!!!!

Is it a Videx puppy?

It happens in the best of families. If they are not down at 6-8 mos., have a good repro specialist go in after them. (read: neuter)
