Hello,

I've purchased two dogs from Taunya and Eurosport.  They were outstanding to work with and answered all of my questions.  The most important part was that I got two dogs that are amazing.  My Corida has raced through all of her titles and is a joy to work.  (RE, CD, SVV1, and now has an RAE leg).  My Fuga is doing agility with me and stuns even my trainer as to her ability.  I got exactly what I was told I would get with each girl.  That's the sign of a good seller.  Would I buy from them again, a puppy or an adult?  Without a question, yes.

Sometimes breeders or trainers can be hard to reach.  Remember, they have lives, too.  I would pick up the phone and call.   Also, not everyone lives on their computer.  Good breeders actually go places with their dogs for training and competing.  It can be very difficult to keep in touch during this time period.  (I camped out at my show this weekend and was blissfully away from the Internet for four days)  Sometimes there are server or computer problems on one end or the other.

Above all, patience is a virture.

Good luck in your search,  Jennifer Holtgrew

I know the Mravik's are very busy and sometimes they delegate their emails to an assistant to help answer in a timely fashon.  Also I notice some people are very short and curt with email but will talk your ear off on the phone.  Before you walk away I would call them.  If you do end up walking away I would let them know why in an email so they can improve their customer relations in the future.

I own a very nice male they brokered and wouldnt' hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Regards,

I have a dog out of their puppy program that I absolutely ADORE. I would do business with them. I did have a slight glitch in that I spent quite a bit of time asking about hips, elbows, testicles and teeth, health etc and Taunya emailed that they had the xrays on the website and the dog is what they claim him to be and she didn't know what else to say about him. It wasn't until after I sent the money that they remembered to tell me that he was missing a portion of his ear. You couldn't really see it in the pictures, and in their defense, they probably did forget to mention it since I never mentioned this was to be a show dog or anything...Drives wise and personality wise he is exactly what I wanted however. I hardly notice the ear. When asked about it, Taunya said the mother had stepped on his ear when he was very young. Never got more info then that, but then again, I don't even notice it these days, he's my "heart and soul" dog in every other way. I think if i had called and it hadn't been during a busy season it would have been disclosed and had been fine. And again, I would buy from them again though would probably ask even more questions. Just my experience, and I did other then that find it easy to deal with Taunya who spent time telling me about him after I had purchased him especially. I couldn't have asked for a better match for me though, and well worth the puppy program in my opinion.

No contract, no business. That's my feeling.

They are back and forth from the US and Slovakia. Sometimes it does take a while  to get an answer but they do always come through. I do know email is the worst way to contact them. Tanya lives with her Blackberry and phone calls are easier to get more info across quicker.

Think about it guys...they probably get at least 50 emails from looky loos everyday. They have to sift through allot of stuff. I have inquired about,  close to 8-10 of their dogs and Tanya always responds. She will also be forthcoming if the dog you ask about isn't good for what you are looking for in terms of work. Notice they will advertise certain dogs as family pets or Agility prospects. They aren't trying to pass off every dog as a super sport prospect. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a dog from them in the future, with or without a guarantee. We all know those are only as good as the paper they are printed on anyway. Eurosport has a stellar reputation with or without a written guarantee.

As many dogs as they have bought and sold, I'm convinced they know their Sh!t. This is their livelihood and I doubt they want to jeopardize that for one crooked sale. When your in this game long enough, you know how fast bad news can spread like wildfire.
