a reputable breeder will at time do this and then there are always reasons for attaining a certain or keeping it in the high work line....and today, we do have so many lines to pick from , we dont need to breed that close as we pull new and strong healthy lines together, if the work...some do not work together,,, and one litter will usually tell you if you log and watch those pups till they are 24 mos........all of us,hopefully watch each litter to see where the best and greatest strengths are and cull if weaker appears....When I first got in gsd, my mouth fell open , when the man that ordered my female, told me the german breeder culled, permanently, two of pups in a litter., not my girls' ,but another one and when he got the kennel from the airport with my female, and his male pup, his pup went to cherry Hill.....was unacceptable....I said 'Send him back" No way.....end of a bad gene , wont be bred in this country,,,,I had to learn hard tough love from that day forward.....some people say that is cruel......I cant pass judgement on it, because Im not a german born breeder...and not into that realmh of it......

That is important piece of information. I thought 2-2 inbreeding is totally banned. But with SV prior permission it is allowed. What are the conditions or reasons that SV accepts 2-2 inbreeding. What about mating male and female with same monther and father( i.e. real brother and sister) does this kind of breeding also happens?
