I've seen quite a few show GSD's I like, I just don't get the standing on the whole back leg thing.  I've even seen a few I wouldn't mind owning myself. 

Okay, because you asked.  First, my apologies to the dogs owner whoever that may be.  I do not know what I am talking about when it comes to judging the GSD, however, dogs are like sex.  WHAT!!!    ha ha, bear with me a minute.  I mean in sex, it is all about personal preference.  What might be right up one girls alley ( he he), may not do much for another.  Having said that, I find something about this dogs muzzle a little too big, his eyes a little too big and his ear set a little too wide.  Although, it is just one picture.  I do like his color though     The stance is not a problem with me.  That's an easy fix.  Just say, "c'mere boy."

Would I like to own it.  You bet.  A beautiful dog.  I'm just being orneryt.

speaking of tending sheep.  check this photo out.    sorry about the size.  now i've finally figured out how to upload the pics.  now how do you make em smaller!  This was in the pouring rain, in case you couldn't tell.  although I do have to say that since this trial in the pouring rain.  my male certainly is not as willing to go potty if it's pouring rain!
