Not when I have gotten four of these calls in a month. Maybe! Maybe there is a need for deaf people looking for assistance dogs with incredible grips.
I told a friend and he is a conspiracy guy, He thinks it is the IRS busting dog breeders that skip out on paying the taxes.

Well, I hope they have fun because by the time we list all the expenses of raising these royal kids, the irs will owe me money,,,,,,,,

We had the same thing last month. When you e-mail them they will reply stating a representative will come with a cashiers check and instructions to send the dog etc., etc. When I replied requesting references and contact info they never replied. Stay away.

If they want the info. , they will call back. Its not your fault they left a sloppy message. I have people call and leave messages all the time that ask me to call them back, but dont leave their phone #. Do they assume I have caller I.D.?

Whether they are sloppy, crooked, or simply ignorant, I would consider them a waste of time. I would give them an opportunity to demonstrate their sincerity, but do not expose yourself to risk. Best Wishes, Jonah

It is a scam. I had it tried on me. I never had any puppies for sale so I do not know how they came up with my phone number in connection with puppies for sale.. I told them (not actually them, but the operator doing the talking for "them") that I had put up an ad for African Grey parrots for sale on the internet. "They" then changed and asked about buying the parrots with a cashiers check. The operator told me that it was someone using the internet to contact them, having the operator go between, make the call and do the talking for "them", to me. The operator also told me that she was forbidden to talk any further with me and only allowed to tell me what was being "typed" to her. I hung up and later the next day, this same operator called me and told me that it was determined to be some kind of scam and to ignore it in the future if I received a similar call and that she was forbidden to say anymore and she hung up. All very strange and all a scam for sure.

Myself I think it is a scam and I would ignore it.

GSDLVR2 .. Smells fishy from the git go. I would do as DR said and ignore it and make no replies.
