Bottom line on this thread; Science and faith isn’t issue, it is idea that somehow science conflicts with faith…What we see about science pointed towards the universe of having the beginning, cries out for a cause outside of space, outside of time. Example: Let assume for a moment if there was an explosion happen behind me on the street or in the park, what causes it? I would reply absolutely nothing; you would not accept that and the logic of this point? – So if evolutionist believes in a Big Bang and there was initial creation moment, then it cries out for big-banger or a beginner - right? Or cause outside the universe to bring into existence.
The Evolution is the big problem; somehow this happened naturally and so on. The beginning is absolutely astonishing, the biggest issue between Christianity and Science was, has Universe always been here or there was beginning to it and in 1930 it got settled, the universe has the beginning – thank you, thank you very much. And theologian were right, that is so incredible about it, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth - that is the absolutely everything in hidden idea. Who is this God? And so this is where the Bible comes in and helps us see who this God is.

By the way I don't believe the big bang theory nor do I believe ours is the only universe sitting in the middle of space.

But never mind that,
just tell me why it was created?

God is the spirit and the creator, as it is written here:
Psalms 104:4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Hebrews 1:7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.


God decided to create physical world and put human beings on this earth to have a communication with them, he gave them choice to love him, like sometimes parents who wants to have kids and family; God is very similar. But Adam sinned and death came.

He actually came down from heaven from time to time and spoke direct face to face with Adam.
Genesis 3:8
And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.
But man sinned, and so death came.

And so now God created new heaven and earth, where all Christians hopes to be.

1 Corinthians 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Because He could. Must be very boring to exist for eternity without something to occupy the time. God created the first "Soap Opera Drama," ever. He did this way, way, before he let man evolve to where they think they are smart enough to understand the limits of Science.

BE4U: Yes, I have to agree, that even ET's are therefore, possible. It is the optimist in me that wants to make them friendly. I really don't think I'll be around to see that happen. It is fun to me, though, imagining it, if I managed not to be scared to death.
