Thanks GSD mod for being on top of things.

I have an email from that breeder saying she never accused me of harassment in response to my email.  

So that means someone is a liar and I trust her.   I will PM it to anyone who requests it since I cannot post.  I will also take legal action if needed.  Thank you for admitting you called me, however the messages and emails started with you calling me and then her and then emails to me asking for information,  Do we need to go to court over this?  I really miss litigation and seeing the judges in WA.  

I have emailed you the messages and PMd them to you.  Please stop spreading false information that is damaging to my reputation because now that you have the email from her, if you do it again it is intentional.  Now that I have the email from her confirming she never accused me of that, that leaves only two people.  Since she said she did not say that it also means one or both of those two other people are liars.  I hope it is not you.  

One thing I have learned is that I will never again respond to anyone who is not paying me for information or advice.

It´s Christmas time, I just came back from a looong walk through the snow with my dog. We saw 2 does, some rabbits, 1 fox, 2 buzzards, and footprints of wild boars.

I think a big problem here is, the OP just wants her
money back, the money she was promised by the 'breeder'.

Now all of a sudden the 'breeder' announces she 'wanted' 
this to go to court?   If that was the case, why not simply
enter the plea on the first court date, instead of emailing
the OP inbetween and demanding she go to the court house
and dismiss the case, and then, the 'breeder' would issue a
new check. And why did the 'breeder's attorney try to ask
for yet another continuance if she just wanted an official 
judgement?

See susie, there are a ton of things that don't add up here.
It's ok for the 'breeder' to attempt to smear the OP on numerous
boards, that are also international I might add, but as soon as 
the wind changes direction, and the spotlight is cast on the very
'breeder', well, all of a sudden everyone is 'kicking her while she 
is down' etc etc. If what the 'breeder' wrote is in fact true and she
wanted this to go to court to get a 'final' judgement, then I would
assume that payment is already on it's way to the OP right? 
Afterall, it would only make sense. It would sure put a final
end to this if the OP had that hard earned money back in her
hands. 

Sit back, omit names and personalities, really read what has
transpired, do some basic math, and guess what, 1+1 is not
adding up to 2. The OP and her family has been drug through
the mud, she is not the first, this 'breeder' has done the same
to many, as demonstrated by some of them also posting on
this thread. This 'breeder' has wrote on more than one occasion,
she offers a 100% buyback on all her pups produced. But yet, 
when the rubber meets the road, guess what? She tried to 
weasel out of it, and in a very nasty way. 

Regardless of how the 'breeder' wants to spin this, had the OP recieved her rightful refund,
none of this would have come out.

  You should all try standing in the shoes of the OP for a moment, and think about what she has just gone through at the hands of Jenni and her supporters and how this would have affected all YOUR lives had it been you these accusations were being pointed at.
   I can imagine that  more than likely this situation has been the primary thing thought about and which has consumed the OP's whole life for more than 9 months. 

She, as well as her family, were BADLY and wrongfully damaged.. emotionally, publicly, and financially, due to no fault of her own.

Now after judgement has been issued in favor of the OP, Jenni still refuses to admit fault, and by her own words planned not to show in court,  and as her further comments show,  is using this as an out for her to continue claiming that these things are still untrue and the OP only won by default.

 

Put yourself in the other persons shoes...good thought.  That means all parties here.   

Again, thank God the dog is safe, alive and doing well.  Good that the OP will get her money.  It could have turned out much worse for everyone, especially the dog because not all surgical interventions go well as we all know.

I refuse to bring peole into this that do not want to be involved publicly. I'd suggest H4J, just as I did months ago to you, to stay out of things that are not your business. Have some class and respect  the ones who chose NOT to go public with their thoughts.

This thread is not about kicking Jenni when she's down. It's about doing what's right, and making Jenni finally stand up and face her own music.
You can't continue doing this to others, then cry "unfair, poor little defenseless me" when it comes her turn to have those she's wronged come back to challenge her. 
She's a strong girl, she can well stand up for herself as she's demonstrated on so many posts I can't begin to count.
IMO she owes the OP not only a refund, but a major public apology on this very forum and others on which she's posted these untrue accusations about the OP.
I sincerely doubt that would ever happen, but it might just be the first step for her to get a little forgiveness from those she has wrongly trashed in the past.  I repeat...said it just MIGHT BE.

Failing that, I think this thread could go on into eternity..................................................................................... 
 

 Czech DDR Lover, I commend you for stepping forward even though it only got you slammed and called foul names too. The statement Jenni made, really brought forth her distinction as a class act....unfortunately at your expense.

H4J.....what do you call bombarding people with emails they do not wish to recieve???????? A friendly gesture? And you are so quick to throw people under the bus for YOUR selfish reasons, people who have been good to you and NEVER done you harm.
