Having experience working in the healthcare system and in hospitals specifically, my bet is that they disposed of the "copious amounts of highly contagious bodily fluids" the usual way...by flushing down the toilet....with zero treatment prior to putting it into the environment in general.

They have a handle on it all right...like the keystone cops.
Allowing flights in from affected regions is the stupidest thing this government has done through all this.

Well the toilet is pretty cheap and would fit nicely with the bottom line.

I agree!

However the present administration feels banning flights from certain parts of Africa would be "profiling". Being "politically correct" is far more important to the current administration than the health of Americans in general.

I saw that there is a petition from congress or what ever to get the potus to at least temporarily ban all flights from there until the epidemic is over....

That would be a smart move IMO...

Battle the disease over there not here...

I somewhat agree but I don't think we should strand our people over their with a no flight rule. I also haven't seen much on the racial profiling angle and sure would love a link to any info about that topic.

They weren't talking about stranding our people over there. It would be a ban on visas and eliminate commercial flights from there, same thing British Air did weeks ago.
