I agree.  Elkoorr, you are the kind of person we all can respect. :)

"I cannot prove what happened or did not happen"

Jen, don't you think that in light of the above quote that I just took from your previous post that you probably should have just taken the puppy back, returned the money fixed the puppy and found a wonderful home for it rather than taking the road of trashing this person on multiple forums all over the internet.

If you don't have any proof either way as you say in the quote I used above, why would you continuously reference suspected abuse, multiple fracture, broken teeth, scumbags, cesspool, etc. etc. every chance you got.

If you wanted to talk about it at all on the internet why wouldn't you simply say the puppy was returned, we don't know if the problem was trauma, genetic, a combination of both or what happened. It does not bode well for your character to do what you did, and then to start bringing in the OP's past which is not relevant to your puppy really looks bad on you as a person.

Why don't you eat some Humble Pie and maybe people might have some respect for you as a human being and as a breeder.  ShxT happens when you breed dogs, just own it

Thanks! The litter will be 2 at the end of January. I am eager to see how they will x-ray. The girl I still have just did her AD last weekend! Oh, and to calm Cats nerves; I will honor what was said. Moneyback for original purchase price (excludes shipping) if the dog does not pass OFA, one can keep the dog. Simple as that.

Elkoorr, thank you so much for posting you thoughts. As I said in the first paragragh of my original post I would never name people involved even if it meant my credibility out of respect for them and to protect them from going through what I did. I would have brought up the "other" check Jen issued you , but did not want to drag you into this . I commend youRose for stepping forward.

You ALWAYS have been honest to me not only about your dogs but other things as well. You have been my "go to" person when I have questions not only about Aurick, but training and Schutzhund in general. Something I thought I could also do with Jen but realised she had no knowledge or experience in the sport. Hell, she mocks us "Schutzhund" and "working dog" people openly. Most of her "dog" knowledge  comes from the internet, hence why she shifts gears on subjects frequently when she finds different info.

I was first accused of feeding him wrong even though I followed HER advice. She advocated the food he was on frequently on the boards until she got him back. Then all of a sudden "new" research shows too much calcium so he has ED from that. And YES, I also have statements from the dog food company who stands behind "all stages of life" and and an independant consulting firm. The vets also agree his feeding had nothing to do with his ED.When she thought the food angle wasn't going to work, she switched to abuse.

I was never notified the check was sent, which in itself is fishy....if you wanted to be rid of somebody you owe money to wouldn't you shoot one of those ranting emails saying "your check is sent now get out of my life" ? I found out about it when I made my second request for payment on June 22nd. From June 22nd until the filing date of August 6th she had ample opportunity to make good on the money. She was well aware I was filing in small claims.

You don't need to calm my nerves ...I trust you and you and I both know Aurick's not going anywhere.

That was very kind of you Elkoor to help clear out more of the fogWink Smile

First she was upset that he had ED. Didn't even argue about whether he had it or not. I was working with her to find a solution to what we could do for him..Compared him to the other dog that had Ed but that was passed as trauma. She mentions nothing of her vet saying trauma when she emailed the xrays to him . Just said the other dog had additional issues. Advised me to get insurance so by the time the waiting period ended injury could be claimed. I could not wait....The first time the TD asked us to have him do a "here" his elbows swelled like oranges. I couldn't wait...he was in pain. I took him on my dime to have the xrays done.

Had she been smart and just kept her mouth shut, I would not have cared what she did/said to get him the surgery. It would have been none of my business. But  she felt accusing  me of abusing him was a way to get out of paying.

If only emailsWondering could be posted here.......

. Like I said, what she did when she got him would have been her business. On another note....how could I put a "spin" on her evidence ??? It clearly states he was "injured" between May/June. So he was injured on top of the UAP and she wasn't sure how or when???

personal disputes need to stay personal.  100% of the  information will never be known .  I don't know either one.  I know my breeder and she walks on water.  that is all that matters to me.  calm down take a deep breath see the big picture and see what each one of you are doing to your own reputation.  If you only think the breeders rep. is being smudged.  I bet not.  I don't have an opinion on any of this because I don't know the facts and not my place to know.  there is always more to a story then any one presents.   I feel sorry for all involved.  My efforts in buying a puppy hasn't been anything but a great experience. My oldest gsd who is 14 months just got her rating back from the sv hips and elbows a1.

Teufel Hunde..People keep mentioning the insurance, do you mind if I ask was the claim made on an insurance plan you had then transferred to Jen when you returned the pup, or did she take out new insurance after getting the pup back and make the claim on that plan she opened?

thanks
