Dozer is just a love of a dog.  I agreed to foster him temporarily in lieu of him being turned over to a shelter when his owner was going through some personal issues.  Unfortunately for Dozer, things have progressed to the point where his owner will not be able to take him back and he asked if I could rehome him.  Here is some information about Dozer.
"Dozer" is around 6 years old and neutered. He believes he is a lap dog. He loves to play and is great with other dogs. He loves to be with his people. He is excellent in the house and has good manners. He needs a home where he will be kept as part of the family and not chained up, kenneled outside or left to run loose outside unsupervised.  He will become protective of his home and will bark at strangers.  He is quiet otherwise.  He is not good with cats, but he has been around poultry and horses without a problem. He was hit by a car when he was younger, so he walks a little funny in the rear, but it does not hinder him in any way and he has no other known health problems.  Dozer is good in a crate, although he prefers to be out with his people.  He is fully housebroken, loves to swim and knows some obedience commands.

If you or someone you know may be able to help this boy find a great new home, it would be much appreciated.  I can't foster him for too much longer with the cold weather setting in and all of my own dogs going to be spending all day in the house.

He sure looks like he deserves his own loving home.

Fingers crossed... I have been contacted by a very promising potential home. Will hopefully have a positive update soon.
