There is a woman in Elkhart Indiana who is taking this just over a year old GSD to the pound this weekend if she can't find him a home. She was asking money for him. Now, will take in trade for him 4 large bags of Kibbles 'N Bits dog food. She says he loves his ball. He will growl, but that is  likely due to being in a kennel for so long, as he has always been friendly and has never bitten anyone. She has 2 male dogs that are male dog aggressive and that is the reason she cannot keep him. I will post pictures. She and her husband own a doggy daycare/boarding facility. Just thought I would post here in hopes someone may be able to help this poor guy. His name is Marley. I have facebook info. but not sure if I should post it here. Anyone can PM me if interested in contacting her about this dog. Thank you! P.S. She gave me permission to post these photos and other information.

I have watched many videos of him interacting with people... He seems super friendly. He has started tail chasing due to not enough attention. He is just slowly going downhill you can tell from being kenneled for such a long time. If anyone even has advice of someone I could contact. The shelter she will be surrendering him to is a kill shelter.... I don't know. I just can't get him off of my mind and don't really know how I can help. Any advice would be gladly accepted! Thank you!

Has she tried the local police department?  They may be willing to evaluate him and if he makes the grade, take him.

I doubt that she has... I will say something to her about that today. Thank you, for taking the time to respond :)
