I received a link today to a german shepherd forum (from a Neo person) on the rescue dog I took and COULDNT GIVE AWAY. I decided to keep, register and try and title him. Something fun to do during the summer. I was bashed because I posted on my rescue site that I was going to keep him and "show" him. I guess everyone assumes that show means the breed ring even though he's a longcoat. Duh!
My phone number is listed on my site so that anyone wanted to sling mud, could have called. Instead they just made shit up. Other rescue people. I dont get it. One dog that I hadnt yet neutered because he was too sick then I lost my job and it all comes down to this. Gee whatever happened to the past 6 years and umteem dogs ago. I know I shouldnt even waste my time but it pisses me off.

All forums can subject you to "not so nice people" especially dog forums. Thick skin helps and just learn to tune into the folks that genuinely want to help who have knowledge of what they're talking about and tune out the flame starters. This site can be brutal at times too.
