Well, I'm going to set some things straight, here. I'm choosing this particular thread to address my concerns, because I think that just about everyone who been posting with the intention to stalk and harrass me is present. So, read this or possibly regret, later on.

First off, you need to read the law.. This is California law. It's pretty much the same in many (if not most) states, now.. Probably also Federal, and since the internet qualifies as "interstate communications" it could go Federal, too. But for now, I just have to be concerned with California law.

And, I have saved a copy of this thread, page by page, so that there is a record. I have been repeatedly warned by others on the list that some of you are "trying to find" me. For what purpose, I can only wonder. Frankly, I perceive a threat, i.e. intent to harm.

What happened ten years ago was a long time ago and has nothing to do with today. To allege bad conditions today, based on innuendo OR facts OR a newspaper article OR public records from ten years ago, is specious, and IF the intent is to make reports to authorities to "inspect" my premises based on speculations and allegations which seem to me to be hostile and perjorative in intent, could qualify as a "false police report", which is actionable under law.

I will tell you now, for the record, that the persons who reside at the address posted on this thread have NOTHING to do with any of this, but I am going to tell them what has been going on and tell them to be on the alert for vandalism, stalking and threats. They also could have cause for legal action against anyone who has caused them distress or harm under the definition of the law, jointly and severally.

For the record, I am hereby requesting that you all STOP with the harrassment. Now that I have made this request, you have been warned.. I feel threatened and fear for my safety. I have warned family members to be careful and watchful for signs of stalking. I will also be checking in with the occupants of the property address given in this thread.

I feel threatened, when people posting hostile comments are trying to "find" me. Why? What might you or others intend to do? And, for what purpose is all of this? And if you say you believe I am committing a crime, then what is your probable cause? If you don't have any.. i.e. if you do not have any evidence that a crime is being committed, then be careful that you do not file a false report, or bring about harrassment "under color of authority".

I am aware that some people will probably continue. I call them cowards, because they do NOT make themselves known. But, I DO know who some of these people are, and they CAN be presented with legal action. That's really all I need to say, here. Now, it's said.. Just remember that there is no real safety in numbers. If someone else is foolish enough to break the law, that doesn't mean you should join in, too. FYI (for your information).

And, Jenny.. It is sad , IMO that you are SO desperate for new members for your forum that you try to start a thread like this. You people in general have NO IDEA how bad you look to others, really.. You decry bullying and then proceed to do it, yourselves. Tsk.. I think that this whole episode is a big warning that it is NOT a good idea for people to sign onto lists where they are giving their photographs and other personal information on a public forum.

Amazing! It so happens that the thread to which this post applied disappeared, right after I posted this reply.. So, this post actually started a new thread. But, I have saved the old thread as evidence.

Someone has been removing these threads, and I have not been requesting it. But, I think that Oli is paying attention, now. It's sad.. I don't envy the man that he has to babysit forum users in order to make his little pay-per-click revenue.

There have already been convictions and prison sentences for people who posted peoples' addresses and other personal information on line, with the intent to harrass. It doesn't matter what YOU say your intent is. It has to do with my perception, and yes.. I feel threatened. That is for the record, because I know where this sort of thing goes. The judge decides from there, and since I have expressed my genuine concerns, I think it would stand.
So, just keep trying to egg everyone else on. I'm sure you'll be there to defend them if this all blows up, OK? And, don't be so sure you would not be involved, either.

You would know perfectly well how to keep a thread stirred up after all you are a pro but you are wrong. It is fools like you who kept it going and of course DDR-DSH had a little share in it. I did not post useless post after useless post. Again that would be you Maggie Man I have maybe 100 posts you have almost 1700 know nothing posts and how many deleted know nothing posts probably close to the same amount showing and I am the useless poster at least I started out trying to help the woman what did you and your pals do you, you encouraged her on by your silence and who knows how many pm's. Prove that I drug it on, of course you can't cause guess what it is gone. It is not rehashing/bashing to keep calling the person out for more lies, when they keep posting crap it will be called out again so if you consider that rehashing/bashing again you are a pro and would know for sure.

Maggie Man you say I kept it going, I was the only one really trying to talk to the woman plead with her to get help, cause yes as Crys said people can change but the first step in any 12 step program is you must admit you have a problem to change it.

So you are cool to talk to and take advice from a known animal abuser and then someone who has spent her whole life taking care of and loving animals(Hodie) and try and stress her for every post she makes. You are a real piece Maggie Man totally ass backwards you will fight to the end to protect someone who has lied and committed frauds but you will not stand up to take on the racist, sexist and abusers among us says a lot about you don't it Maggie Man. Since you could not stay out of this even though like I said I was trying to help the lady. So I am going to address you, you defended Windy and then tried to twist it all around to make it look like their is some nonexistant bully group how sad is that Maggie really I mean come on even you must admit you played a major role in all that but here you are calling me out for the same thing wow Maggie Man you are a real work of art.

You are safe no one here is looking for you if we are it is only to check the welfare of your animals so please be assured we will not be knocking on your door but police or AC who knows maybe. This is my last post to you directly you have not changed and here you are to talk to the newbies.

Keep it up, if you like. I warned you once and that's all that's required. I'm making a record of everything.

Leopards can't change their spots, eh? Does that also mean that harrassers cannot stop themselves from harrassing? Yes, this is the concern I have.
