I have something similiar its not round but it is getting longer its on her legs kind of between the thigh and leg..There seems to be a little dandruff is what it looks like at the bottom..She does not itch it or anything..She just had a litter of puppies 2 weeks ago..So not sure taking her to the vet tomorrow..
