Look at their ad in "wanted" section. They will buy your dog and re-sell it, quite possibly with a fake ID so they can charge more for it.
Most people want more for their dogs than to be used like this.

If I'm writing about selling dogs, then I mean the classifieds. FDA is asking to buy people's young adult dogs to resell them. If you look at their website (if you can wait long enough) the dogs for sale have so little information and some dogs previously seen in the PDB classifieds will show up their, sometimes with titles they don't actually have.
