In one thread you thought I was rude to you and you hit me hard (with words of course) and I was offended by you. I remember I had to look out the meaning of (laugh at your Cheek) through a nice friend of mine who in turn got me the answer from an Irish friend of hers. But I did not have hard feelings towards you and never hated you even though I do not agree with you on many points and do not believe you are always right. In a recent thread there was a debate between you and some other guys on crossing GSD with Mali and I believe you had a point there but maybe (I repeat maybe) as I am not sure of how it goes at your side or in the States about club rules as in my country we have no dog clubs at all, not yet , again I say maybe you gave wrong information. Then you heated up with Gustav for whom I have big respect for his valuable overall knowledge and rare knowledge of the GSD history, but again I never felt ill about you.
What I really felt bad about is the guy who looks to be one of your acquaintances and was posting while hiding behind some false neck-name, and what distressed me is you deciding to stop posting on the board due to him. Here I do disagree with you totally and confidently and think you are mistaken to do so. Accept being wrong this time as I would love to see you posting again and if you ever decide to stop posting you better have a better reason than what that man did in that thread.
I sincerely do not know why, but I miss your posts, please come back and do post and let us see some disagreement and some hard full-of-life debates again.

I have noticed Steve1 has been MIA. I've been missing the old codger myself. Let's hope it's just a break and he'll be back, resolute as ever. Miss seeing picts of your dog, too.She'll be all grown up and we'll miss that, too!

My husband (MBPlayer) is one of the reasons that Steve stopped posting here. My heart sunk when I read this title, since I miss Steve on here too.
Everyone who knows me (really knows me!) including Steve himself (and my husband) know that I love Steve dearly, and our friendship is a strong as ever. That should tell anyone in doubt of what kind of man Steve really is. He never once held me accountable for Matt's words/actions, when others did and still do, at least to some degree. 

Steve and I continue to write each other and share our training experiences and I am honored to have Steve as my mentor in the dogs. I too would love to have him back here.

What happened between Matt and Steve was between them, and is water under the bridge, although I will admit- even though it is really no one's business...I did get in the middle of it, and Matt and I had a big fight about what he said to Steve.
 
This is still a painful subject for me, but I will ask Steve back myself for all of you who also miss him here

There are stars in this messageboard whom I enjoy reading their posts i.e. Hodie, Beetree, Lavk9, Redsable, Debisue, Lief, VomMarchal, Moons ,Ibrahim & Steve & others. In my opinion these guys are the corner stone of this messageboard & if one of them quit the board will never have the same taste as before. So Steve for the sake of your good friends who always loved you & enjoyed reading your posts & learned from your wide knowledge & experience we all ask you to come back. Let us enjoy knowing you more & learn more from you.

Ibrahim- You are really a nice man I will be always proud of our friendship. If I were in Steve's shoes I will duly come back after those nice words.

You are a good friend and a real gentleman, thank you for the nice words though I am not sure I should be in this honorable list. I agree with you on the rest of persons in your list and there are others who deserve to be there too but maybe the list will be too long then.

You and I have had some differences in the past that probably both of us wish had not escalated to certain points. I also miss seeing your posts for what you bring to the table on Sch. I try not to take any of this personal and I want to always stay grounded enough to recognize my own shortcomings. Therefore, on my own behalf I submit a sincere olive branch of reconcilliation and tolerance on my part.
