Femoral heads are flattened. I can't tell from this picture of the xray whether there's arthritic remodeling, and I am kinda guessing at the "coverage" or depth of the socket. (Some pictures of xrays just don't show detail well, or maybe it's my laptop screen.) Looks like a straight xray, which is good, although you can't see the knees, which OFA requires to make sure the legs are being held straight and both the same.
I'd say send it in, but my initial thinking is borderline/retest in 12 months.
What did your vet say?

So, given all that: I don't mind putting myself out there: If this is approximately a 12 month old dog ( give or take a couple of months) I think they look pretty good. Older of course even better. Does this bitch jump?? I am curious to know, you can't do anything about it now but I would bet this bitch is a jumper by these x-rays. If this bitch is younger than 2; I would keep her down off her hips and do not let her jump. Otherwise they look pretty darn good.

I think that OFA is trying to promote an ideal hip joint conformation according to a theoretical breed profile. They are right, in a way, really.. But their breed profile is not allowing for enough individual variations (which do exist), and anyway.. as some people have pointed out, we are not just breeding a pair of hips, but the complete dog. Take everything else into context, as well. And, remember that she could produce better than herself, according to who you breed her to. If most of her siblings had normal hips, she'd be a much better bet for breeding than the best bitch in a litter with more dysplastic siblings.
