You might have the vet give her a shot of oxytocin and see if that helps before resorting to a c-section.

Ihave had her outside walking around.And no she isn't pushing just heavy panting just got off the phone with vet and going to give her a shot of oxytocin.

1.X-ray to look for stuck pup
2.Oxytocin if no stuck pup
3.C-section if stuck pup
The problem with giving Oxytocin if there is a stuck pup is that you run the risk of uterine rupture and DIC in the bitch especially when given in larger doses which is more the old school way of giving it.

About an hour after the shot she had her 2nd female.
Then about 2 1/2 hours later her first male.
Mom is doing great
