While Dax is growing by the day, he is also starting to get grayish color fur around his neck and on his cheeks. I have never had this happen before. Has anyone else experienced this and will it continue or will it go away? In the head shot pic look closely and you can see it.

I see the hairs you're talking about. They're probably a prelude to blowing his coat. Sometimes when hairs are blowing out they will look grayer and normally invisible undercoat will release and be seen floating through the topcoat.
Although, this might also be an area where he will come in tan after his next shed. The tan areas of him will continue to spread as he ages (although he looks to have rich pigment and I would expect him to stay a "blanket backed" black tan/red dog).

Very beautiful dog really, he catches the eye. He somewhat looks like Quanto Jipo Me, one of my favourite dogs. Will you post his pedigree link !!

Just a pic of his being focused. We were at a horse show this weekend and this lil girl kinda attached herself to my daughter and Dax. Just wanted toshow the focus he has even with his new friend trying to distract him. My daughter is a firm believer in training away from familar surroundings and a little distractions. Boy did she get distractions on this day.....LOL... still he remained focused. She is so proud of her Lil Man Dax...

Nonacona, I have been hoping you would put up some updates on your boy since the puppy pics. He is one super looking puppy!! Don't listen to anyone else, those few Grey hairs will eventually cover half his body and he will look so god damn ugly. BUT WORRY NOT JUST SEND HIM OVER TO ME AND I WILL LOOK AFTER HIM FOR YOU, lol,lol. Joking aside he is definately a handsome boy and whither those few little hairs go or not will not alter that. Hope you keep updating his photo's as i would love to see how this boy matures. Best of luck with him and his training.
