OFF TOPIC:
I find it hard to believe, but today is 125 days with NO TOBACCO. I haven’t touched a cigarette since November 6, 2009, and the electronic cigarettes appear to be working perfectly for me.
I’ve made some mistakes, broken a few components via my ignorance, but the bottom line is very simple: no cigarettes.
To my surprise, a neighbor came over to help repair something in my home. He went outside to smoke a cigarette in his car – and I went outside with him. The stench from his cigarette was unbelievable! I never realized how offensive cigarettes smell to non-smokers.
This is my webpage about electronic cigarettes: www.sl-prokeys.com/smoke/smoke.htm
For whatever it may be worth, I encourage ANYONE who wants to control their smoking habit to look into electronic cigarettes.

Way to go Steve! It's a tough thing to do, but quitting is worth it. My husband is struggling through it right now.

Good for you!!! Keep it up and stay strong!!! I quit back in '98 and haven't had one since.I had a massive asthma attack and was taken to the hospital. I told the Dr I smoked 2 packs a day.I thought he was going to pass out when Itold him. He wouldn't let me see my xrays...so I am guessing they were pretty bad.He said if I didn't quit that I wouldn't wake up the next morning....so I gave him my pack I had and that was it.Didn't smoke after that. Now I can smell things better...if not a little too well. Also the smell of them makes me sick. SO it is possible to do it. Again GOOD for you Steve and best of luck to your husband AKG

Steve,
That is so wonderful. I just emailed your link to two people I work with. They both smoke and I feel they are just killing themselves..
Thank you for sharing that.

Great news, Steve! I am so happy for you. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel each day and less illness. Smoking really interferes with the immune system. Congratulations on kicking the habit!

Steve, It will make your DOG TRAINING a lot easier when you run around the SCHUTZHUND FIELD with your TRAINING DIRECTOR yelling at you because your FUS is CROOKED. You'll have LOTS of wind. Congratulations! I have found that I'm still a lousy TRAINER since quitting, but maybe it will work for you.

Congrat's Steve! I stopped 6 years ago...after smoking for over 35 years. It's nice to taste things...for real...and to smell things as they are supposed to smell.....course the extra money is nice to have too. Stick with it!
