Since this is the "Pedigree Data Base", why do people feel the need to advertise the intentional breeding of mutts?
http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/dogs/belgian_malinois/classifieds/9613.html
Note: Under the the claim of Malinois? We don't want 'em, why not advertise them as Shepherds?????? Or, better yet,,,,,DON'T FREAKIN' DO IT. There aren't enough straight Malinois or straight German Shepherds for you to choose from? Oh sorry, that's right you're such a freakin' Einstein that you have thought of something that no one else ever has. There should be a lock on keyboards that prohibits the use of terms like "Over the Top" or "Extreme" unless you can prove you actually have a brain and some skill to use them. Awesome.
Pardon me while I get some some soda water and bitters to keep me from throwing up.

Why is it that there are so many knuckleheads (I wanted to say retards but I know someone would be offended somewhere) that have associated themselves with the Malinois? Can't the Shepherd folk take some of them back? Don't the Labradoodle people have a mutt site somewhere?

Steph- Well crap can't all 8 week old puppies climb 6ft high fences? They are SUPER PUPPY!!! Their lines must back to Wonder Dog.lol
Phil- I wanted to say retards but I know someone would be offended somewhere Only reason there is offence to that statement is cause I think a retard would know better. I am sure that they could figure which of these things does not belong or match. As far as the Labradoodle, Puggle, Schnoodle, &Cockapoodle you probably don't have to look too hard to find some crazy site of "Designer" Dogs. It's a sad sad world we live in!!!

Phil you are so funny, puppies are so cute! I hope they all turn out to be good working dogs. I would like to ask why do humans do all the things they do when they know dang well what life should be and take a responsible stand.

Do you have any idea how many dogs I've seen imported and working for K9 that are either "GSD" or "Malinois" but look like a distinct combination of the 2? Great working dogs. Someone in Europe has been combining the 2 for a while now. So what't the big deal? If the dogs work, the dog works. I'd take one of those pups if it would work over a nonworking GSD anyday.

The GSD x Mal isn't an uncommon cross at all for working purposes. Never known one to be a pet, but I've spoken to several people online over the years who say they like aspects A,B, and C in GSDs, but prefer D through G in Malinois. Most of those people owned both, and bred their own dogs together to get their ideal working dog for personal use.
I don't see a problem with a person combining breeds if its for their own use, rather than to make some cash. That's how many breeds, like the Doberman, got started *grins*
But this whole "designer dog" trend is a different matter altogether. Combining two radically different breeds, giving them a cute name, then selling them for $$$ without ever taking into consideration the logic thereof... stupid.
Puggles: a half-hound that has all of a beagle's tracking and running instincts, as well as vocal tendancies, yet still suffers from many of the breathing problems as the pug... has the energy and desire to hunt, starts gasping and horking if running to hard. Beagles aren't a good apartment, yet somehow people forget a puggle is still 50% beagle, then wonder why they have problems training it. Beagles are great, for an owner who knows about hound-personalities. Otherwise, like many other small hunting dogs (like the JRT) they're very difficult to own unless you're educated and prepared.
DSesigner dog breeders don't give a flying rat's backside about owner education. They just want to create the new hot mutt before someone else does so they can get $$$.
