They found the reg. on the dog  I rescued last week that was a barker and dad couldn't  sleep.
His dad has  real nice dogs behind him, but his mom kinda sucks...However if you go back into the 3rd and 4th gen and beyond you can see where his quality comes from.
Just wanted to let you guys that tried to help, know whats going on.. He is on the data  base... brbrbr is what he is listed as. check out the pedigree and give me your  opinions.

Actually the bitch has some nice lines if you take the pedigree out to 6, 7 generations.

Yeah, but the hardcores don't seem to give those generations much credit when looking at a pedigree. I think it has to matter somewhat, somehow in the whole scheme of things. Better to know something than nothing, wouldn't one think?

They both have nice dogs in their pedigrees, just that dad's is later closer. I was hoping to see something alitttle closer you on mom's side too.  But I guess its not too bad. I guess the names of the dog is very distracting.. But I guess it could be lot worse. Any way, this dog has settled in very nicely. He thinks he's "cock of the roost", and of course Dax has a different opinion. He did bark alittle the first night, but hasn't really been heard from since, unless he has a reason. Over all, he is a nice boy. Trying to put weight him is the worst issue I have with him...go figure.

Yeah!!! There are some nice DDR dogs in the 6-7th gen. Would traits from dogs that far back really come up through? He looks conformationly like the dogs in the back gen. So it must huh? Glad you found what you were looking for!!

I was wondering the same thing. How far back will influence the dog. Just to look at this boy, one would think that the dogs way back influenced him greatly.....I didn't think the generations that far back would have that much influence.  Anyone with alittle knowledge or experience on genetics wanna shed some knowledge for us. PLEASE take a look and let us know.  brbrbr he's on data base.

He is a gorgeous dog, and has Stormfront's Brawnson as a  great grandpa.

Yes, there is some very nice stuff in his pedigree.

What we don't see is a bunch of American Show Lines.  If we had pictures of the dogs with no titles, we might see that they at least looked right and obviously, they were chosen for proper temperament.

We just can't confirm it, but we can see it.

He is a very hunky dude.
