Whoa, I have just got on here and got to read the section about the Mal bite at Dulles. First I need to say that certified is just a word. I have seen dogs come from quote " great trainers " and they certified them and they were first class grade "a" junk. Hide under the table, bite handler when he tried to get it out. Now these are people that sale, train, train handler and sale these dogs and police departments are driving hundreds of miles and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for nothing. But they are " CERTIFIED" Then you have small trainers like me and some other people and we can not sale to our own local departments because they go to these guys. Poor training, poor handler training, poor importing, and bad choice of having a Mal around kids who are eye level with the dog.

"bad choice of having a mal around kids who are eye level with tth dog"
wtf is this supposed to mean?
surely you dont assume there are no mals performing duties daily
with these circumstances
