Electric Water Pails - Page 1

I bought two "Little Giant" electric water pails for purposes of keeping water available to the dogs while outside.  Both of these pails have crapped out after less than a year and now I'm looking to buy new ones.  Can anyone recommend a brand of these buckets that have proved more reliable?  Thank you...

I have the ones for horses ( the heating element  is built in and plastic is over the top of it ) and run the cord thru pvc pipe so they do not come in contact with any electrical parts. Some people place them in concrete planters.
