Not a big deal right? Yeah.... Problem is she won't bite. She is a harsh girl. She doesn't care about anything. When she was younger I had to bite her nose if I wanted to punish her because nothing else worked. (For the record, I hated to do it, but sometimes the stinker was so naughty I had to)
Well I think that's pretty harsh right. So the yelling part in the training and the hitting part is no problem, she just WON'T bite. Yeah like she bites a cake orso and then let it go again... Do you have any tips? 'cause I really want to do this the right way.
Thanks,
Charlotte & Schatzi

How old is she? Does she like to play tug with you?
Are you taking her to a schutzhund club?

Schutzhund theory and Method.
You never correct or bite or punish a pup for biting at any age if you intend to do Schutz protection phase..you REDIRECT..
Dog is not gonna bite now because she got punished for biting....I was told from day one...stop and think...she sees you thrashing a sack or a bite toy around and she runs out to maybe bite it and all of a sudden it flashes into her mine.....oh no I can't bite I got bit or I got slapped or I got **&*&^&*^*&^* for biting so the dog stops.
You can overcome it...

Whenever I want to take her toy to pul it orso (let her pull it ;-)) she lets go of the toy and sits down, looking at me to throw it or give it back to her.
I do take her to a schutzhund club, and when I watch other dogs wíth her on a leash she goes completely insane. She starts yelling like an idiot and wants to go do the trick herself. But when I give in and let her she just won't hold on. A little bite and then nothing but barking.

What do you mean she is a harsh girl? When she was a pup did you tell her "no bite" a lot and punish her when she nipped or teethed on your arm? What have you done to work her in bitework, how do you know she won't bite? what training have you done

Why would you ever biite her nose? If she was really "harsh" she would have bitten you back.

What is the yelling in training and the hitting part? I think you need to spend more time learning about Schutzhund training and dog training in general. If it very possible that this dog will never work or bite due to how you raised her. Perhaps she is not meant to be bred. It might be best to learn a little more about training before contemplating breeding.
If you explain yourself a little more, I'll try to offer some suggestions.

The day I try to bit my dogs nose would be the day I find mine missing....my son got bit in the eye by our Pepssi when she was 11 weeks old and had to go to emergency room because he put his face in hers...

Her breeder told me if I wanted to breed her or just do Sch. for fun never to punish her for biting, so I didn't. By "harsh girl" I mean she doesn't care about punishment. No matter what you do, it won't affect her. We have a electric fence so our dogs won't go out of the yard onto the streets. ALL of our dogs we're hit by it once and ran off crying, then never touched it again. Schatzi on the other hand; I threw a little toy for her once and it accidentally fell between the electric fence and the normal fence. I wanted to put the fence of so I could get the thing, thinking she'd never try it herself since she was hit once too. But instead of waiting she put her head though the fence and got her toy. She didn't even glimp.

No she isn't dominant at all, and biting her nose is dominant to her. Grabbing her neck didn't help, she would just waggle her tail. And I don't do hitting. I keep in mind I have never seen a dog hitting another dog, so they won't understand what you mean by hitting them.
So the yelling part in the training and the hitting part is no problem, she just WON'T bite. Yeah like she bites a cake orso and then let it go again... Do you have any tips? 'cause I really want to do this the right way.

The yelling and hitting of her trainer. I only did obedience with her and that worked great, but I can't wear the Sch. suits, 'cause I am not trained to do that. But the man in the suit yels at her to make her "mad" and then (sort of) hits her. I think I know a lot about training and breeding since we own and breed White Shepherds for 16 years. But this would be our first German Shepherd litter. Her sister belongs to a very close friend, and she already is training her Sch.2
If you explain yourself a little more, I'll try to offer some suggestions.
Hope this was enough to help me :-) Thank you
