Here is a puppy that I bred now aged 6 months and again less than 7 days later.

Please tell me if this was your puppy how would you prefer it to look?

I know which look I prefer.

Please NOTE if this was a show potential and not a pet then there is no way I would have done this.

Why not give assistance if required and give the owner what they paid for ?

7 Days?   These dogs may be the same dog, but to me.........hmmmmmmm   Not trying to start a quarrel, just my initial observation.

Maybe the second picture was zoomed in a little, but I see xaver's point.

Looks a bit weird to me, too.  If it is the same dog, it's a lot more than seven days apart, from what I can see...The black has receded more in the second pic than the first, and it doesn't recede that fast.  Regardless, what's the issue here?  The fact that the ears are now standing in a pup that they weren't?

A GSD looks like a GSD with the ears up, like a lab/GSD mix with them down..I prefer the ears up, myself.

Yes it is the the same dog sorry to confuse you all but the first photo was taken about 10 weeks ago when her ears first dropped I couldn't find a later one so used that.   ( No I was too lazy to look for another one )

Here is one taken when I put the supports in and one taken 4 weeks before that and another with her ears as a tepee. I was sure that they were going to go up on their own but her owner was starting to stress !!!!!!!!
I believe that IF the ears have previously been up then they will eventually go back up on their own.
