Jiri Novotny Seminar @ Alpine Safety K-9 with Hans - Page 1

Just wanted to say thanks to Hans and Jiri for a wonderful and very informative seminar. I greatly appreciated the time you both took to educate the few of us that were there. If only the rest of the breeders of the German Shepherds  took the time  Jiri and you do with pups, maybe there would be such a down fall in the breed. I see that it is a true love of the breed and a passion for both of you to improve the breed though the education of genetics and a true understanding of what the German Shepherd is suppose to be. Thank you again for the  knowledge that Jiri and you shared. Both of you are good souls and quite the comedians as well.

Honestly I just got of the redeye flight back to md at 1000 AM and went straight to work from pheonix yesterday. So im still digesting everything.

Digest it well without overdoing it and come back to us

It isn't something that could really be said in a post on here or Hans would have probably posted it on here in the first place. Wouldn't you agree Yoshy? All I can say is that knowledge is the only thing that is going to do the German Shepherd any good....any breed really. Not to just look at names on a piece of paper but to truely KNOW that sire or dam and what they are  made of and not to just got by what  your bestfriends, brothers, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, cousin that saw someone pet the dog says. Genetics is a true science and there is something to be said for Jiri that has dedicated so much to understanding it and staying true to it and not letter the power of the all mighty $$ take over. He and Hans truely LOVE the breed and want to do the best for it. It was one of those things that you really had to be there. I hope that Jiri is able to come back and maybe advertise for a seminar with more notice and more people are able to be educated.
