What Kennel Club???  The Backyard Kennel Club?  Black/Red & GOLD????  Must be real stunners,,I've never seen a GOLD German Shepherd before,,,,,,,,interesting.  Do you know what the bloodlines are or did you breed your dog because it's a "nice" dog and it will produce "nice dogs"?

In the UK a lot of GSD's are registered as Black & Gold.

Some folks really need to engage their brains before their keyboards.

Well thank you for your comment Phil but no wounder this site is going down hill
with negative tones like yours.
people don't have your back street education on German shepherd's
some people are still learning.and yes iam very young school leaver just
this is my first time at breeding and in Germany they call them black/red here in UK
we say black/gold but if they deep in red then that is the term i have heard.thank you to other
folks who understand and want to help. Rachel

I think they say gold in Canada too.A friend of mine keeps saying he is looking for a black and red or gold with more gold on the face.So I guess he is meaning richer red....is that right?

Pharaoh

Pharaoh is solid black with GOLD in between his toes.

Rachel, I believe that you are a responsible young person. You gave your puppies their shots and you tattooed them.

I would love to see pictures of the parents and the puppies and progress pictures as they are growing up.  And, please post pedigrees.

Michele

PS.  I must give credit to Phil for the wonderful graphic....

Rachel Dear,
On this list there are people who know everything, those who think they know everything, and those that know nothing.  However there are many who have lots of knowledge and are very eager to share their knowledge. It is our responsibility to pay no attention to those who only want to insult us in our desire to ask questions, because we acknowledge we don't know it all.  Please don't be discouraged because of the ones who are quick to find fault in everyone but themselves. Keep your head up and continue to ask questions......Good Luck with your puppies. I am sure they are very nice.  You can PM if you want to..
Sometimes it just isn't worth the effort it takes to respond to some of the smarta-- remarks posted on here.

The site is going down hill because you have people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing in the dog world, breeding their dogs, that in all probability (from my back street education) have no business being bred other that the fact that they (the owners) love their dogs and want to keep a puppy.  As Yoshy referred to (thank you very much), who are the parents, why were they bred and why should anyone want to purchase them over what's already out there?

You may think of my comments as negative, I like to think of them as objective, straight forward and truthful.  Do you have a problem with directness and truth?  A friend of mine coined a phrase (I believe it's from a movie but I can't remember which one) that I love to use regarding the working dog world and it goes something like this, F#@k You,,,,,,Pay Me which essentially means, don't tell me, show me.  Don't tell me how great your dog is, show me.  Don't tell me how great you dog works,,,show me a scorebook.  You're advertising puppies for sale yet no pedigrees!!!  I don't care about pictures of puppies, puppies are puppies.  Tell me about the parents and their parents.  Show me that there is a reason to have interest other than "I bred my dog and the puppies are furry and they run around biting everything".
