Non-GSDs on the GSD database

I noticed lately that a lot of other breeds are being added on the GSD breed pedigree database instead of their own breed database. I wonder what's up with that.
Try to make sure you're posting the correct breed under it's own breed database.

Very good Brandi. If I want to see a Malinois, I go to the Malinois database.

This is the General Topic message board and includes all breeds. GSD stuff should be on the GSD message board.

If you go to ANY breed's General Topic messages, you come to THIS. Each breed does not have a separate General Topic board; we all share it. If you ask me, it's ridiculous that GSD people are hogging the General Topic space! GSD topics should go on the other half.

send a link to the page to OLI and ask for them to be removed.

check the history of changes for the dog and ask the poster to fix the problem

Oh bullsh!t. Go to the freaking pomeranian General Topic board, and you'll find a bunch of GSD people trying to take over the world.

The general topic board is supposed to be about all dog matters, such as whelping, food, etc. NOT JUST GSDs!!

You are right. They need to go to the breed specific forum if they only want to discuss GSD's.

Leave Oli out of it. It's set up really well. Just try and enjoy what we have. Of course, if other breeds start to abuse the GSD forum then report them. But try and understand the General Forum is just that "General".

Exactly. There is no reason NOT to read about Mals here. If you don't want to, go to the correct board, which is set up for German shepherds. Go look in the upper left corner of THIS page and click German shepherd; post about GSDs in the German shepherd section. Duh.

I thought the OP was referring to PEDIGREES, not forum posts. Is this true?

I think you're missing the point. The complaint is not about non-GSD comments on the General Discussion forum board; it's about non-GSD pedigrees in the GSD pedigree database rather than in the database for their respective breed.

But this IS a database for other breeds! It's not just the GSD pedigree database, although it started out that way! Haven't you ever noticed the "switch breeds" spot, and the list of ALL the different breeds available thru PDB?
