Hi friends,
I need your help and guidance as I purchased a GSD pregnant female from a very reputable breeder of Germany . He confirm me that this female is pregnant and have vet reports for confirmed pregnancy, But he deliberately cheated me. I paid him full amount of female plus shipping in advance and discover this female is not pregnant when she arrived at Pakistan. When I demand my money back ,he commit me that he"ll sending me a 10 months old male of same female from last liter (which is very excellent) against compensation of that female. I am still waiting for that puppy. Please help me how to get the agreed puppy from this gentleman.

Name names, who's this breeder?
You could go to Germany yourself.
Just one more story of deals gone wrong.

You should have stuck to the original deal of money back rather than agreeing to take a male for money. Whenever you do permutations to an agreement things always go wrong

Marko from Von-Auerbach Kennels in Germany still owes me a puppy. I know I will never get the pup but I will remember what flags were raised and next time I will look out for those flags. Kelly

Look you have to recontact this breeder & give him a time bar of approximately a week from now, to send you the puppy, Also warn him that if he does not within for example this week, you will announce to everybody about his name & the name of his kennel for people to black list them in the future. I have done the same with a breeder namely Frank & Manuela Borowski of Von Georga Kennel who took my & others money & nevwer sent the dogs until now. I am hearing from too many friends in Germany that these cheaters are suffering a lot from their own people for what they have done.

I think the only way is to continue pressing by this card of scanalizing the cheaters in the database, sometimes it works

You should never buy a dog from anywhere, without having met the breeder,  if you do, you are totally at their mercy

Sometimes you have to notify these people "that you will go to Germany" to their home/kennel with the German Police to either get your dog (you paid for) or your money back.

Actually Vom Brunhaus,  I have a friend who had to go to Denmark and do exactly that to get her dogs back..

Subhan, indeed  you must report them to the SV for this, not that they will do anything, but its a start.  Then post the breeders name here too IF you feel nothing is going to happen.

Sending a pregnant female comes at high risk.  A trip to Pakistan is not around the corner.  In fact, a female can absorb her pups when she is in fear of 'whatever' due to the traveling.    My recommendation is to avoid buying pregnant females, though I have had shipped back to myself twice over pregnant females.  Both females were in superb condition health wise and one of them was my own dog shipped there for a breeding.   Used to traveling and commotion and such is important to bear in mind.

And sure you have lost money on that litter, but you still have the female, so an exchange of an older pup send to you at his expense is not a bad offer as long as he sends the dog.  Of course, the cost of sending an adult dog nowadays is staggering.

And lastly, I would get on a plane one day and arrive when they least expect it.  It may take a while, but I will be there
