As long as you have proof of payment , and proof of non-delivery of said merchandise, YOU have a case  .Or at least a "leg" to stand on ?  Other than that , it's a pretty basic he said ,she said senario   (been there done that) But once you name the name's ,your liable to slander .If your looking for a judgement ? youv'e come to the right place . Toss a few more detail's around and I'm sure you will get opinion's.

I read this forum for a long long time but now I registered to post because I dont understand why is it good to anyone posting such things about others like in the circus? I can also say that Serdar Saltuk is a liar. There are many posts like these and I see no meaning of this. "Warning people" - bullshit. When I see a post like this, I think that if you have problems guys, go to the police and not here. People come here to read and learn about dogs and not seeing your shit.
By the way its hard to believe what this guy say as I have a friedn who bought a dog from this lady and got it without any problem, happy with it. I also will buy one at the spring. At least she is not like others who cry their pain on forums instead of finding a solution for it...
