VomRuiz, try Yummy Chummies, my dog hates the vets, but 1 place loads him up with these, and he can be handled by her with no muzzle. I still do the invasive stuff, ear and skin scrapes but the treats sure help him accept the vet as a "friend" not foe.

You know Stacy, I bet she wouldn't want to be helped, based on her attitude, but it would bother me that I couldn't at least do something. I can only imagine your frustration, however we can't save the world.  Besides,  it would be hard  to get animal control to visit her, and it's not like they'd be able to see the abuse anyway.

Thanks Pack! I am not familiar with that brand.. Do know where I can find them? I appreciate the advice...

Shady Lady, I bet you are right. I even considered calling her and "kissing up" and even apologizing just to try to HELP her. However thinking back I was very gentle with her anyway and she was still ignorant and rude... Stacy

Stacy,
Just dial *67 , before you dial whomever, and your number will come through as unknown...LOL..

I would have gotten fired the same day too. I would not have put up with her shocking the dog, I would have had the control button out of her hands so fast she would not have known what hit her...

That is why I went into business for myself...then I can say and do as I please to the idiots, pick and chose, but still have a professional customer courtesy...

Go for the Gold and start your own shop, You CAN DO IT!!!!
Best wishes and sorry you had to go through that.

Yes, do report her asap!  Get a record on her started.  Who knows, maybe her neighbors have already reported her and it would take just one more call...Nail her!
