Jennifer, quit crying alligator tears. Your mascara is running.... NOT! Because there are no tears! I don't believe you even care. No one cared about my dogs' suffering in that hellish impound. No one cared that they died. I found homes for the ones I could, but frankly, without the AKC papers to make money on them, a lot of them would not have had takers.

Dog people are largely phoney people. Especially the whiners and hand-wringers. They'll throw each other under the bus, thinking "More for me"! The anti-breeding activists know this. They are not sympathetic, and in that way, I don't blame them. One of the rescue people on this forum just imported three more brood bitches, some (if not all) are already bred. Cha-CHING!!!!! A total of eight brood bitches and two stud dogs, OK?  The most I EVER had was four modest litters a year, and I sure didn't get no $1,500 per puppy! If I had, I could have hired that helper that everyone says I needed.. I agree! I needed someone, and I looked, but could not find. I should have just gotten someone from the home building center and ignored the laws on hiring undocumented workers. But, that is not my style. I tried to do everything by the law.. It just didn't work out. So, I folded down the breeding operation, and gave away the dogs, WITH papers, and no conditions. My conscience is clear on that. I'm sorry what happened.. But, sometimes bad things happen in business... Business is risky.

Speaking of business and profit incentive, why don't some of the BIG, GREEDY animal rights organizations who are in possession of MILLIONS of dollars, paying handsome executive salaries and hiring young legal activists and lobbyists and mass communications people just fess up and admit, that THEY TOO are in it for the money?

I hardly ever wear mascara. And it's even rarer that I cry. Rather than waste time crying, I tend to DO things about issues I'm faced with. I hit things head on- I take responsibility, suck it up, admit I f'd up if I f'd up, and then move on as best I can. No one who knows me will deny that.

Claiming that it's only wrong for certain people to abuse animals, or that other people are in it for the money is one of the sickest defense arguments I've ever heard.

I don't care that you know who I am! Lots of people know exactly who I am. I have never hidden it. If I send you an email, it appears to be sent from ME. My website has my full name, phone number, and city I live in. I post entire photobucket albums for anyone interested.  Anyone who asks can have my address. I got yelled at for giving out too much info by a few over-protective friends, but I figure what's someone going to do? Sneak up on my 7 dogs? ROFL

Janice you just don't get it there are many breeders on here. If not for breeders there would be no dogs..................the part you don't get is the horrible conditions that the dogs where kept in. Feces piled up, living in crates and STARVING TO DEATH.  I know many breeders who never have dirty kennels, in fact have spotless runs and train daily, work a job, and do it right. You just can't admit to hoarding can you.  You have always been a big advocate of DDR lines but what you done to these dogs could have set the breed back so far, many people will associate all DDR breeders with you and thats a shame.
