someone gift me a 3 months old pup and told me she is GSD cross Lab. could someone confirm that?

The only way to confirm it is by doing a gene test. But she's definitely not pure GSD, not with those ears!
My guess is they were telling the truth about her parentage. The colouring is more GSD than lab for sure.
P.S. she doesn't look very well nourished. Her coat is very rough. Get her checked for worms ASAP. Did the 'breeder' do any vaccinations on the pups? If not, a vet trip is in order.
