Saw that a dog with hips 5:4 should have free hips if it was in Sweden. That is wrong
Hips 5:4 is a C here in sweden

The hip score comparison charts you can find on the internet, is just an average estimate.
You will not know for exact sure, unless you ask for the x-rays and get them graded in your own country.
