I do not understand why certian messages seem to just vanish into thin air.I am refering to the post about Topolovnicka. The guy is nothing but a lier and a cheat, the posts were in fact showing that.Oli, I know this is your board and you can do as I see fit, I would ask that you just be fair about it.Moma has no business posting on your site. This post very likely will cost me well over a thousand dollars but thats ok, money is not everything to everyone........Moma If your going to continue in your dog sales, a bit of advice, Be fair to your customers,That includs myself and a certian gentleman in Virgina you still owe both $1000 USD and paper work for a bitch you sold him with out sending the papers. The pups he has are almost three weeks Moma, He still has no way to register them.......anywhere, some friend you are to him, friends like you I can do with out, you even screw your own countrymen, that my friend is low.Rets assured Moma, I will randomly bring up this subject from time to time, just so people remember who you are and the type man you truly are.I laugh at your emails to Lori and myself stating how your a man with ethics and how honest you are.........It is ashame you did not get to see the Post from your customers,You had one that said his contact with you was good, the rest myself included will never do business againI just figured I would bring up the money issues, if you would like I can also bring up you IPO titling, seems you have a few real happy customers there also......... What a joke Of course it must just be us.......Anybody wishing a complete list of emails from Noma with his many excuses feel free to ask.

Two sides to every story, yes, but a wicket does not lie. The dog IS 3cm taller than what I was told in WRITING. The dog went Kkl2 due to his size. The dog knew nothing about an IPO title he received just weeks prior. The dog was sold with a large sore on his foot that I was not told about. The dog came with NO vaccine record. Those are the facts, plain and simple.

I was the one that initiated the post, and did so because I was on the verge of making an investment in one of Moma's dogs. I have been burned before, and simply asked for anyones experience, good or bad. I was totally unprepared for the amount of negative comments I received. If this was an inappropriate question to ask on this forum, then I would have been screwed myself by doing business with this kennel. Personally, I think that if this forum accepts advertisements from someone for the sale of dogs, then the forum should be equally prepared to accept and even be thankful for any experiences others have had with that seller. This forum is almost a magical way of getting fast resolution to a question on a breeders reputation, because it reaches people all over the globe. From what I have seen, any breeder or broker who takes on the responsibility of placing an ad here- should also take on the responsibility of his actions regarding client satisfaction. In essence, this is free advertising, so it should not just work in favor of the seller. The buyer has (or should have) the same opportunity to check the validity of any add placed here. Along those lines- I thank each and every person who told me of their experiences. It saved me a lot of frustration by not becoming one of the dissatisfied customers. That being said- I don't understand why the original thread was removed.

Is this guy breeding? Any puppies over there? Any litters comming? Any progress reported on dogs' training? Where is the breeding stock that all of those dogs are comming from? Am I overseeing something over here? Or, am I seeing too much? Steve

Steve, not sure what you are trying to say.......

by KÖNIGTUM on 01 December 2004 - 02:12

So Charlie; Any resolution to your problems?

by Charlie Ivory on 01 December 2004 - 04:12

Hello there young lady!.I have spoke to Moma and am 99% sure everything has been resolved,I will not be getting the bitch but that is ok..........Moma ran into some problems with his visa which has been fixed so everything should be ok,,,,,,How are things on your end? close the deal yet? I hope.......

Poor bitch...it looks like Moma will have "Top Female AND litter for sale"!! Or hopefully she is already on her way somewhere. That clock is definitely ticking! As for my resolution, it is "in the bag". Dog will be here next week, and it is even better than imagined- the price quoted was in PESOS!!!!
