Rivanna Schutzhund & Police Club - Page 1

Hello,

I was just wandering if anyone here trains with this club, they are pretty close to me and I have been thinking of going to train with them.  I have visited it once and really enjoyed it, I thought that I read a post or something about someone here belonging to that club.  Just curious is all!!!  :)

I don't belong but know the trainer and some of the members there - highly recommended - Armin Winkler is a good person, good trainer and very good helper :) - the club is friendly, they have a super facility - at least go try it out - watch the training, see what you think about it for yourself.

I am not a member but I have been to their facility a few times.  Its absolutely a fantastic environment to train in and enjoy the company of others sharing the same interests.

Armin is as good as it gets.

Sorry it took me so long to post.....  When I went to visit, I absolutely loved the structure, I need that!!  LOL  I have a new working line pup that I want to title in the future.  He is only 5 mos now, but I really want to do alot with him.  I emailed Armin to find out about training, but I haven't heard back from him yet.  So we will see!!  :) 

Matt,  Where do you train at?  Are you the guy who has the soldi black male??  Just curious.

An excellent club!

Outstanding facilities, a perfectly level and smooth training field, skilled and knowledgable coaching from Armin and Fiona, very friendly and helpful club members.

You can't do much better than Rivanna. 

Good, I'm so glad to hear that, I have been to other clubs just visiting them, and there didn't seem to be enough structure, so I am glad to hear that they are a well liked club!

How far is it from your house? 

Armin is usually very good about getting back to people and inviting them down.  I've never been - but have corrisponded with him on several occasions.
