| German Shepherd Dog | Tyking Von Lebeau Rice Petes Boy | The point here is that this dogs elbows ARE bad. Because of this he should not have been/or be used for breeding. I want to know how his owner can know for certain that Tyking's not passing on his elbow problem? Where is the proof? There is no information listed on any of his children here on PD regarding hips/elbows and there is nothing coming up on the OFA's website either. Without his offspring being x-rayed and rated by organizations like the OFA, SV or Pennhip I don't buy what the owner is saying one bit. You did not breed this dog or have anything to do with the breeding. The breeder (Spartanville) deserves the credit. That was a very dishonest thing you did. It does not matter if you did not like the the name, that gives you no right to violate your contract and register the dog with your kennel name. Seriously, if the registered name was such a big deal you should have went to another breeder that didn't care what their dogs were registered as.
