Has a normal head, dark eyes, dark mask, strong pigment is built in normal proportions, has a high withers and has a firm back. The croup is a little bit short and flat. The chest is deep. The rear angulation is good; so is the front angulation. He is straight in front and rear. In back, the pasterns could be a little more angulated. | German Shepherd Dog | 2 X SG1 Ares der Kühn Vom Pfadfinder CGC, BH | Ares is now 20 months old and is tipping the scales at around 70+ pounds. He is a correct type, long coated, blanket back, black and tan male of deep rich pigmentation. Presents a strong male expression, large size and of strong substance and big dry bones. Presents confident, alert and fearless demeanor. Head is strong and of correct size, correct earset, correct wide forehead, Good spacing between his dark eyes of correct almond shape, Correct muzzle size, thickness and stop, indicating correct strong upper and lower jaws. Excellent neck size and angle to horizontal line, may need to be a little longer. Presents high withers of good length, strong top line, nice sloping back without interruptions, good loin, excellent croup angle and sufficient croup length. Correct tail and tail set. Good depth of the chest, good lay of the upper arm, perfect front angulations and with such upper arm he should be having a beautiful side gait. Good rear angulation except the angle in between lower and upper rear rear leg is wider than 90 degrees. Ares is thoroughly socialized to small dogs, children and adults, street traffic and heavy machinery.
