| This is my puppy, I named her "Brook". I had purchased this puppy from Kristin Rakes and was to have her shipped to me on Jan 2, 2016. However, Brook could not pass her health certificate because she has Sarcoptic MANGE. Under the circumstances I requested a refund of the purchase price of $1000.00. Kristin agreed to give me the refund, but since no longer returns my calls, emails or messages and has blocked me from facebook. I will probably never see my money from her again.
